Account Manager/Outside Sales Representative

The successful candidate:
has experience in retail sales -- outside sales -- or customer service
is highly self-motivated -- very organized -- and has exceptional time management skills
is skilled at servicing current accounts and opening new accounts
Bruske Products is an employee owned Chicago-based manufacturer and distributor of industrial-strength cleaning supplies, specialty floor care, and maintenance products with stable repeat business. Our customers want us to deliver a face-to-face customer service experience. Account Managers must have strong people skills and be able to conduct one-on-one sales-based interactions with their clients and customers.
Our team’s main priorities are to provide the best customer service and professionalism, to maintain quality customer relationships, and expand our customer base. This job requires use of CRM (Customer Relations Management) software, access to reliable transportation, lead generation, acquiring new accounts, and great customer service.
This position offers a compensation structure of:
Competitive salary plus commission structure, with minimal overnight travel.
